Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
My brother in law and nephew live in our house. Tension has been building because they refuse to look for work. This past week they have become more threatening towards me. Last night my brother in law told me he could take me out if he wanted to. I feel threatened and unsafe when my husband isn't home. I don't want to lose my husband but I feel I'm going to if I file charges. I need advice please help me.

You need to have a serious talk with your husband regarding this matter and that it's apparently
time for you and him to consider filing a petition in your local general district court to have this brother in
law and nephew removed from your home in the event that they refuse to vacate voluntarily.
