Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

A so called friend of mine is accusing me of identity fraud. She was a good friend of mine and had come into where I work and asked me if I could go on the computer and print something out for her off of her email. She gave me her account information and told me the name of the email to open. (I have whitnesses who saw her write down the information, which I gave back to her) I went and did just that, except she had several emails with the same heading. The email I ended up opening contained dirty pictures of herself that she had sent to my ex boyfriend who is also my sons father. I was very upset considering my ex currently has a girlfriend who this same girl is so called friends with. I forwarded the email to myself and then to his girlfriend and then deleted it. I sent it to no one else. Now this girl is saying I hacked her account and commited identity fraud and have posted her private things out for the public to see. She is saying she is pressing charges on me for all of this. I know I shouldnt have forwarded it, but she shouldnt have do it in the first place. I dont feel she really has a case, does she? What should I do if she does press charges?

Based upon the facts described, until you're actually charged with something,

I would not be worrying about it---in the least.
