Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
i was charged with a POA 21, and have 6 month suspension, 1 yr of supervised probation, and asap classes. now to have my licence back i need a FR-44 form i have read this is only for DUI, is this right?

Check with the clerk's office of the general district court (criminal division)
in which you were convicted to determine whether the form you've cited
can also be used to restore your driving privileges suspended for
conviction of the drug offense referenced.
