child discipline

is it ok to slap a child in the face? If so is it ok to slpa them in the face and bust their lip open? Or is it just discipline to have your face jump at you and choke you and to tell you im going to kill you bitch? Also is it ok if your father jumps at your sister and try to swing at here about three or four times but not be able to hit her because you are pulling him back?

No, obviously, none of these things described are "ok" to be done by anyone to anyone, and, presumably, you are old enough by now to know that you shouldn't need to ask.
