I have warrant in debt for money, can I call the company to make each month payments with out to go court or I need to go with a lawyer

You could contact the company's attorney regarding a proposed settlement; however, if that doesn't work out, you likely would be well advised to at least arrange for a consultation with an attorney who can advise you as to what may be the best way for you to proceed with the matter.
