Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Getting Civil Rights Restored
Let say someone got a felony 6 years ago in VA their no longer in probation nor do they own in fees and they also have moved to another state (lets say NC) How do they go about getting there Civil rights restored? Do they go by the VA laws still or the state od NC?

I believe that the application for the restoration of civil rights must be made where the individual was convicted which in this case is apparently Virginia.
