Do I have a right to sue CPS workers who lie and take my child only to have another agency confirm that lies were told and I got my child back?

Hard to say without much more information. Nevertheless, you certainly would have the right to sue, but in your particular situation I suspect that you probably would not win----for reasons that I will not delve into here in this forum.
