How do you sue a town?

Has this ever been done?

I have so much to sue for.

So many violations of my civil and human rights have been stomped on

You'd probably be well advised to seek some mental health/ psychological counseling before taking up a lawyer's time with these matters.

Look at your state civil rights law, also check out 42 USC 1983. You should get a lawyer to help you, however if you can't find one then once you start the suit, the court CAN (doesn't have to) assign a pro bono lawyer if your district court has that kind of panel
