What does this clause mean?
Any waiver on the part of either party of any breach, of any term, provision or condition of this Agreement will not bind either party to grant a waiver of, or be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same, or any other term, provision or condition.

In effect, this clause appears to be saying that BOTH parties must agree to the
waiver of the term, provision or condition in the agreement for it to be binding and enforceable.
