if you are conficted of a felony as a juvienile can you get your hunting rights restored

If you're now 29 years of age or older and you were not adjudicated as delinquent for offenses that if committed as an adult would be the equivalent of murder, rape, robbery with a firearm, or other very serious felonies, there apparentlly would now be no bar to your purchasing, possessing/owning, or transporting firearms in the Commonwealth.
