Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
contributing to delinquincy of minor
Seasons Greetings
My Rental agent moved a drug dealer into my neighborhood next door to me.
approximately 5 years latter, my son was entering his period of adolescence, I got sick and disabled and thrown out of my home because my son, then 17 was stopped in town with refer in a small amount. Where are my rights?
I moved into a nice neighborhood purposly in order to raise my son away from these things. I had no control over who the new owners decide to move in next to me. Where are my rights? Do I have any? As a law abiding citizen.

More information required as to the nature of your tenancy, i.e, whether Section 8 or other subsidized housing---for a more definitive response.
However, whatever the basis for your apparent eviction from the property, it would appear that your son shares in some of the culpability for this action and not merely the next door neighbor whom you allege is/was a drug dealer.
