Being Convicted.....
I was convicted of a crime, and the States Attonery had no evidence on me. What am I to do.

Better file an appeal (assuming that the period to do so hasn't already expired) with an attorney who clearly understands the substantive appellate law as well as the appellate procedure which may be applicable to your case.
