If you are a convicted felon in the state of va , can you gun hunt, or have your hunting rights restored in va? (drug conviction)

As a convicted felon in the Commonwealth, you can have such civil rights restored as the right to vote, sit on a jury, hold public office, become a notary, etc; however, such restoration does not include the right to own and possess firearms with the possible exception of blackpowder arms.
