court order of my medical records

i was ordered to sign a release of all medical records to social services who are tring to take custody of my children because my 16year old son beat me up

Better get a lawyer to represent you in this matter. (If you cannot afford to hire one with your own funds, you should check with your low cost legal services provider in your area to see whether you might qualify for one of their attorneys at a reduced cost(or no cost).
