Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Covering Face
I was told by a convenience store employee that it is illegal to cover my face inside a business. I was wearing my motorcycle helmet and did not remove it because I was in a hurry. There were no signs posted at the business and I have been unable to find a law pertaining to this. issue.

Re: Covering Face
And you won't find any such law, at least in the Code of Virginia, as far as I am aware.
