Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Current employee drug testing
If a small (`15 employee) family business decides to enact a drug free policy, is it legal to initially test all employees except for family members (who are also emplyees)? Would this be construed as some kind of discrimination?

If your employees are showing up for work impaired, you should fire them. Why would you care what they do off the job.
