Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Defamation lawsuit
Neighbor is falsly accusing us of multiple things causing stress.
Cops and HOA says we have not violated anything.
We have emails that the neighbor sent to the HOA and other neighbors with the false accusations.
Can we move forward with suing her?
