Re: Denial of entrance to a public event

Your question is vague. There are many types of "public events," and these are held at many types of venues on public and private property. Discrimination on the basis of race, religion, disability, and certain other protected categories is against the law. Other types of conduct constituting a "denial of entrance to a publc event" may or may not be illegal. For example, if you were denied entrance to the county fair because you were barefoot, or because you didn't buy a ticket, probably legal. If because you were wearing a controversial T-shirt, probably illegal.
