Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Being denied benfits that other employers get
I was working part time. I went back full time. When I went back full time it was at the approval of the manager. Now that I am full time they are denying me the same benefits that is being giving to other full time employers. What I was told over the phone was I could have gotten the benefits when I was 1st hired. When I was 1st hired by the company they said I could only get there lowest package because I was part time that I had no choice. I have been with a called TNS which was bought out by a company called American System Corp (ASC).

I have dealt with ASC before, and I respectfully advise you to seek employment elsewhere.
