How does one sue a school for racial discrimination and how do I find a lawyer in my area.

You might wish to start with the local

bar association for the area where you live. Give them a call and ask for a few names of attorneys who practice in this area.

If any of the lawyers provided belong to the Virginia Lawyer Referral Service, you may be able to have a 30 minute consultation arranged with one of them for a minimal fee of around $30.
