Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
During a divorce case my full name was put in one of the documents stating that i was having an affair with the defendant. This document was shown to several people. A few weeks later the judge ruled that there was no adultery because of no proof. Do I have any legal rights for defoliation of character?
