Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

Dog Attacks

Need some answers. I am tired of walking my dog and having to fear the attack of a neighbors dog, I already have a $500+ vet bill from an attack and then I was walking my 12 month old puppy and the same dog attacked again ??

Finally, the Comm Wealth Att has gotten involved and has charged the owner with a so called Pattern.

The bad part is the so called '' In Training officer '' said nothing could be done. The first incident ended in a leash law fine and nothing from the 2nd incident. I am so ready to sue the town for not taking the appropiate actions.

I have a 5 year old daughter that goes on walks with me and my dog. It is just a matter of time before we READ

'' 5 YEAR GETS ATTACKED BY VICIOUS DOG ''

How do we stop this before it happens or will the Commonwealth attorney take care of this ??

I swear, if my daughter gets hurt in anyway, shape or form, somebody will PAY DEARLY !!!!

Help is needed !!!!

Thanks !!!!

Re: Dog Attacks

Why depend upon the Commonwealth Attorney for relief when you yourself can sue this neighbor in small claims court for the uncompensated damages(up to $5K) which you've suffered from

this rogue animal?
