dose a busines owner have to right to refuse service due to medical problems

Ive beeen going to a bar for the past yr or so in witch time ive had attacks when witch leaving the bar. iwas then told i would not be allowed to drink in there but allowed to play pool and poker and drink water witch i did for 4 weeks w/o no attack s then he came to me and told me due to ur medical problems i can not allow u in the bar even after i have been medically cleared

Yes, the bar owner(in my opinion) may refuse sevice to a customer under the circumstances which you've described without incurring legal liability for such refusal.
