I have a disability and my doctor sent 3 different notes to request that I work from home. My management staff stated that base on performance
I can not work from home. The disability I have is MS and the have not done a fit for duty assessment on me yet. I went out on short term diability and after my return that is when I was told about the performance issue. Can they legally do this?
