Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
How do i evict my spouse from the pre-marital property. As far as home ownership he is not on the mortgage or title.

Get an order from a circuit court judge as part of preliminary divorce proceedings
awarding you the right to sole occupancy of the marital home.(Merely because your husband is allegedly not listed on the deed nor mortgage in no way
necessarily implies that he has no valid marital claim to this property.)
And, therefore, he cannot be evicted as if he were merely a tenant of yours (in
my opinion).
