Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
fired from job
We were fired at will from our job we worked realy hard at. We were asked to get everything straight on the jobsite. The contract was nonexistent in their eyes. We were not allowed to be honest with the homeowners of the properties involved. We were never compensated for the hours put in. Please help?!!!!!

You should arrange for a consultation with an attorney to review this contract and the surrounding relevant facts to determine whether there was a breach and, consequently, whether you may have a remedy for your former employer's adverse actions.
