Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
A friend sent me a porno Of her and her man. Immediately after she sent it her boyfriend got on her Facebook and said if I don't pay them $60 that I will be sued because he didn't know she was sending it to me. After I stated that's blackmail and that I would just delete their video, he said he didn't care and that he expects $60 or else he will sue me. They are both of age and in Virginia. I've spoken with several family members and they said I'm fine and he has no grounds for a lawsuit. Can anyone help?
