Gang Stalking

Are any lawyers familiar with Gang Stalking?

If so, is there any legal action which can be taken to stop it?

It happens all over the world but is kept on the hush because it is most likely government sanctioned.

Does any lawyer out there have the guts to even comment on this?

Government sanctioned gang stalking, happening "all over the world", which(according to you) lawyers are fearful of addressing?
