Re: gun restoration rights

Rather than a presidential pardon, it would appear that a more expeditious remedy would lie with your application to the Attorney General for relief from the particular disability imposed by Sec. 18-922(g) of the United States Code. This remedy may be found under Sec. 18-925(c) of the U.S.C. and should your application for relief from this disability to acquire firearms under federal law be denied by the Attorney General, the denial would be reviewable by a judge of your local U.S. District Court.
