Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Heating company error
I hired a heating company to replace a pilot in my furnace. After doing this they cleaned the furnace with a wet/dry vac. They had a soot blowback over my entire home the day before Thanksgiving. What are they required by law to do to make this right?
