Housing exchange students

I own a house, 4 bedrooms.. Is there a LIMIT to as how many people can live in the house..

Yes, very likely, if the house is in an urban area such as Fairfax County which imposes by local ordinance a limit of five (I believe) unrelated persons living in any one house.
