Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

Internet Forum

I was registered on a local message board/forum in my area on the internet. It is fairly new and I have been on it for a few months. Well things have turned ugly and when I post regular topics about things happening around the city, I get directly attacked in many areas such as insults, race, age, driving record, flaming, sexist, etc. The forum is to talk about local things. So I asked the admin to remove me from the forum 4 weeks ago and never got a word back. I have found a way to delete my account, but it didn't delete my posts or topics. So I had signed up on a different account and asked for all posts and topics from me to be deleted, because people are still saying horrible things and spreading words about me. I feel this is illegal that it isn't being deleted at my request. What can I do? or what should I do?

Decline to participate any further, in any way, shape or form, and "move on", as some like to say, and try to forget about it.
