Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
irresponsibility
my neice is an epileptic child who was left on the playground at school. She had an episode during recess and was unable to respond to the bell. The teacher realized she was not with her after all the children were in their seats. She told another teacher to go out on the playground and get my niece. The teacher who left my niece on the playground has been working with my for two years and was aware of her epilepsy.

Re: irresponsibility
So, considering all that you've described, what actual and provable damages did your epileptic niece incur as a result of this alleged incident?
