is there a law against a manager of a business in which i have a loan to discuss my account information with other consumers and is it againstthe law for him to call me names to other comsumers even though they are my friend

Yes, he could be in violation of customer privacy rights guaranteed under various consumer protection laws. And, as for the alleged name calling, without more relevant facts it would be difficult to say whether that crossed the threshold into defamation or some other tort (civil wrong) that could be actionable at law under these facts
