Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
I live inVirginia, my employer allows one employee to do not work on call when he was in an accident because of his meds, but wont allow me to do the same, it that legal, and both parties are of different races?

Yes, (in my opinion) as long as race apparently has nothing to do with this
arrangement.
