If you lived with family at an apartment for 2 months, and they kick you out, can they keep your stuff? Because they are charging us to get our stuff back... is there anything i can do?

Yes, file what's called a Warrant in Detinue with the ckerk's office
(civil division) of your local general district court for the return of your
personal property.
The clerk's office will have the necessary paperwork for you to complete
in order to file this particular warrant againt those who allegedly are wrongfully
withholding your property.
