Loan agreement

Is a form written contract from Kinkos signed by both parties, witnessed & notarized LEAGLLY BINDING? I financed a mortgage for property that I am buying with a partner. We plan to split everything 50/50.

Yes, it could be, but not necessarily, depending upon all of the factors that go into making a contract between two parties valid and enforceable.
