Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
I made down payment of $1400 on a used car and signed purchase order but my car loan got declined because the car had a structural damage. The dealer wont return my deposit since he says the deposit is non-refundable. How can I get my money back? The dealer also forged my signature on the merchant copy after swiping my credit card without my notice since he forgot to get my signature on it. I raised a credit card dispute but they say that my dispute is not valid.
