I'm trying to make my daughter's boyfriend move out he's damaged my property and they always argue what can I do I get cursed out and threatened every time I tell them they have to move

You'll most likely have to go through standard eviction procedures at
your local general district court to remove them legally as any landlord would have to do to evict an unwanted tenant.
Go to the clerk's office of this court and they will have the paperwork
there that you will need to complete to start the process of eviction.
