Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

MANDATORY Flu vaccine for GOV contractors

I am a Gov. Contractor and have been told in an email that we all must get flu vaccines and that ''The vaccine is MANDATORY for all Military and Contractors''. We are being told that if we do no get a vaccine, we must provide a valid exemption form completed by our health care provider.

This seems to be a violation of my constitutional rights. It's not any of their business whether or not I get a flu vaccine, and I feel they have no right to tell me to get one.

Re: MANDATORY Flu vaccine for GOV contractors

They do if you want a government contract, (and, no, such a requirement is not a violation of anyone's Constitutional rights, whether yours

or someone's else's since you're in no way obligated to take such contracts).
