mental anguish

I was employed by a subcontracter to work as a nurse in the county jail department I had to have a security clearance be for I was able to enter the jail that was in 2007 since then I have had another clearance done. Now, 10 months later my clearance was pulled due to charges from 1998. That has always been on my record I am out of a job and under a lot of stress. And the only thing that was told to me is that some one did not complet my clearance. Its not like a clearance could not of been granted. However, I am like so stressed out and I had to be walked out in the middle of my shift.
