Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

i just moved to virginia from michigan, and opened a facebook account about a week ago, so i can talk to my children and family, and my account was disabled, ive done nothing wrong, and have giving facebook everything they have asked for, and still havent been told why, this is my only way to talk to my kids and family, what can i do?
