Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
neighbor harrassment
I have a neighbor who is calling the police with false accusations, name calling every time i walk out in my yard......Following my son in her car as he walks down the road revving up the engine of her car then speeding off.I am ignoring them but this is taking a toll on my family and my safety...My question is this.......Is there any laws to protect me from daily harrassment?
