Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Can a non profit communications organization supporting local and state government in time of emergency be sued because they ejected a long time volunteer for comments made on a internet reflector, thus depriving said volunteer of his civil rights?

Why, of course the non-profit could be sued, but very likely, not successfully on these facts by this disgrunted former volunteer.
