Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
If a person was convicted of and did the time for a felony 12 years ago in the state of Tenn. and later moves to Virginia *12 yrs later-now* and tries to register to vote but get denied because they state he is still a felony, so i guess my question would be how do we go about getting him reinstated so he can register to vote again?
