Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
If im having a phone conversation with a friend of mines,and he tells you that this stranger robbed his store, and my suggestion is that he should kill the guy which he eventually does without my knowing, will I be charged with Conspiracy if it was only a suggestion but not a plotting?

Sure, you could be charged. Why on earth would you suggest someone commit a murder and then act like it was no big deal? That is just bizarre.
