Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
My place off employment is currently changing their managment program. We are all requried to fill out new applications. My availibility is also changing. My boss told me is a change my availibility on my new application, I will loose my full time status and my benifits. Is it legal for them to require me to be availible on weekends?

Yes, very likely so, unless you're currently protected under a contract of
employment which prohibits your working on weekends.
