Power bill

I was wondering in va. can virigina electic power cut off service to the home if there are children under 5 in the home and if we make payments to the bill every month

Yes, unfortunately, I believe they can(if you're in fact not paying all that is owed). But before that happens, you should contact your local Department of Social Services (DSS) to determine what programs/services or specific aid might possibly be available in your particular community for which you might qualify and that could be used to prevent that from happening.
