Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

I am pregnant with my boyfriend of 4 years child, that we both planned and wanted. He has changed his mind and wants me to abort. He verbally threatens me and has a video of me that he says he will show all if I decide to have the baby. What are my rights? How can I protect myself and my baby? He doesn't want me to have it but says that if I do he will make my life miserable and I am scared he will use the baby for that purpose. Can I legally keep him from me and my child? He is 43 and acting so crazy it scares me.
