Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Privacy violation?
My husbands mother recently removed from our home without my permission documents in my name (my husbands name was not on them) as well as checking account information for my personal accounts, and my computer to have it searched. I did not give permission for any of this, and was wondering if my husband has the right to permiss this without my consent?
